海带多糖对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的抑制作用

摘要: 本文以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率( MN F) 为指标初步探讨了海带多糖( L PS) 对环磷酰胺( CP) 诱发的小鼠染色体突变的拮抗作用。结果显示:阳性组环磷酰胺( CP 40 mg/ kg. bw ) 与海带多糖组( L PS500 mg/ kg. bw 、1000 mg/ kg. bw 、2000 mg/ kg. bw) 微核率分别为28 ‰、22 ‰、12 ‰、11 ‰,海带多糖组与阳性组相比较差异显著( P < 0. 01) ,由此可见,海带多糖能明显抑制环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠体细胞的遗传损伤。

Abstract: Inhibitory effect of L aminaria japonica polysacchrides (L PS) on micronucleus rate induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) had been studied by mean of micronucleus test in mouse bonemarrow polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) . Micronucleus rates of positive cont rol group (CP 40mg/ kg. bw) , and three L PS tested groups (L PS 500mg/ kg , 1000mg/ kg , 2000mg/ kg) was 28 ‰, 22 ‰, 12 ‰, 11 ‰, respectively. There were significant differences tested groups (1000mg/ kg , 2000mg/ kg) as compared with positive cont rol group. The results showed that L PS possessed inhibitory effect s on mutagenesis indued by cyclophamide.
